We are seeking a candidate with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work. The ideal candidate does not need to be experienced but has the willingness to learn and be trained, show interest in conducting evidentiary hearings; researching legal issues; drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, appellate briefs, memoranda, etc.; advocating for clients in court proceedings, and taking/defending depositions. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Qualifications:
-
- Soon to be or licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills, and work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear and concise advice.
- Experience with or interest in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- A willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our clients’ needs and grow our client base.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
